B2B Personas

Back in 2019, I worked on building narrow-scope B2B personas to build a common understanding of our B2B users and their pain points and user needs. The personas were built based on user research findings collected through several interviews and observation sessions with our users. When finished, the personas were the foundation for new B2B self-service features on the OneScreen Business platform.
